How do you count a 'location'?
A location is a single physical address with a Google Business Profile or equivalent listing. A single restaurant brand with 50 outlets counts as 50 locations.
Can I switch plans mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 14-day trial on the Agency plan for agencies under 50 locations. For Franchise and Enterprise, we run a paid 30-day pilot scoped around a specific outcome.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of a new annual contract if Reputafy doesn't fit your workflow. After 30 days, contracts are non-refundable but you can cancel renewal at any time.
