Customer data is the Customer's data

AI features run per-request on the Customer's own data only. Nothing is reused to train shared models — not across tenants, not at all.

How does Reputafy connect to Google Business Profile?
You authorize Reputafy through Google's standard OAuth flow. We use the Google Business Profile API to read locations, reviews, replies, posts and Q&A only for the accounts you explicitly select. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from inside Reputafy.
Is my customer data shared with third parties?
No. Customer review data and the personal data within it is processed only by Reputafy and the subprocessors listed in our Subprocessors page (hosting, payment, transactional email, support tooling). We do not sell or rent data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Can I white-label Reputafy for my agency clients?
Yes. The Agency and Enterprise plans include a white-labeled dashboard with your custom domain, your logo, agency-branded email notifications, and per-client SSO. Your clients never see the Reputafy name unless you want them to.
How long does onboarding take for a franchise with 200 locations?
Reputafy is designed for franchise rollouts of 100–500 locations to be live within two weeks. We provide a CSV importer, a Google Business Profile bulk connection flow, and a dedicated implementation engineer for networks over 50 locations.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all review and reply data in CSV or JSON for 30 days after termination. After that, your data is permanently deleted from production within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Is Reputafy GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Reputafy is a Data Processor under GDPR Article 28 for Customer Content. We offer a signed Data Processing Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers, and EU-region hosting on request. See our DPA for details.
How does the AI reply feature handle personal data?
AI reply drafts are generated per-request from the Customer's own data only. The output is never used to train shared or generalized AI models, and Customer Content is never used to train models across tenants. We use enterprise LLM endpoints with zero data retention enabled.
Do you support languages other than English?
Yes. The AI reply feature supports 24 languages, including French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Japanese and Arabic. The dashboard UI is English-first; additional UI languages are rolling out through 2026.
